Order Cancellation Policy

At Selah Atelier VII, we begin preparing orders after they are placed. Because of this, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already entered processing, packaging, or fulfillment.

After an order has entered processing, packaging, or fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please contact Selah Atelier VII as soon as possible and include your order number and the name used to place the order.

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for information regarding eligible returns or exchanges.

Selah Atelier VII reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
