Processing Time

Thank you for choosing Selah Atelier VII.

All orders are carefully reviewed, verified, and prepared before they are shipped. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing after your order has been successfully placed.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are processed during our regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Selah Atelier VII is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may take longer than usual. If additional processing time is needed, we will communicate updates when possible.
